With over 40 sites dotted across the UK, we’re pleased to finally bring to Ireland the recipes and concepts that make us the original and the best gourmet burger experience. From the humble origins of the first restaurant in Northcote Road London, you’ll find GBK’s from Edinburgh to Brighton, leaving satisfied (and full!) customers in their wake.

All of the sauces (blue cheese, chilli, garlic mayo and barbeque to name but a few!) are made fresh onsite. We strive to use the finest buns, the best produce and finest meats which are delivered fresh to our stores right across the UK.
